We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from delivery.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, or any items purchased on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

**Please note we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

 

HOW TO RETURN


To start a return, reach out at hello@awildecollective.com with RETURN in subject line. Please include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) you're returning, and the REASON for your return. In order for returns to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Once your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. Please print and adhere to the box/bag and drop off at your local Post Office.

Exchanges
For exchanges please follow our HOW TO RETURN POLICY. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item(s) you would like is to return the item(s) you have, once the return is accepted we will issue you a pre-paid USPS return label and a store credit minus the original shipping charges to purchase the item(s) you'd like. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus the original shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@awildecollective.com and we will be more than happy to look into it for you.
